Villa Gresti Tenuta San Leonardo 2020

Villa Gresti Tenuta San Leonardo is produced from hand-sorting on a conveyor belt, destemming, and soft pressing of grapes with low sulfur dioxide content. Fermentation and maturation of the pomace takes place over a long period with repeated daily punching down. The must is cold-settled by natural decantation. After fermentation in concrete tanks, the wine ages in new 225-liter barriques for approximately 12-14 months. Finally, it is bottle-aged for at least 12 months before being released for sale.
