After a 100-year hiatus, Tenuta San Leonardo 2021 Riesling has resumed production with the 2013 harvest. This wine is a perfectly executed interpretation, thanks to its aging in large oak barrels, which soften its bold character, giving it identity and pleasantness. It is vinified in stainless steel with a brief cold maceration. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures for approximately 20-25 days, followed by aging on the lees for 12 months in 700-liter French oak barrels, both used once and twice.
