Terre Alte Livio Felluga was created in 1981 and is considered one of Italy's most prestigious white wines. The harmonious blend of Friulano, Pinot Bianco, and Sauvignon grapes, grown in Rosazzo in the historic Terre Alte vineyards, creates an elegant and rich wine with intense fruity and floral aromas. It is a wine of great structure and, with aging, acquires a tertiary evolution of remarkable complexity.

What to pair wine with Terre Alte Livio Felluga 2022

Terre Alte Livio Felluga is particularly suitable for fish dishes, excellent with vegetable-based first courses, white meats and cheeses.

Terre Alte Livio Felluga is produced from a blend of Friulano, Pinot Bianco, and Sauvignon. The grapes are delicately destemmed and left to macerate for a short period. They are then softly pressed, and the resulting must is clarified by decantation. The Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon ferment at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, where they mature for approximately ten months. Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon mature in stainless steel tanks, while the Friulano remains in small oak barrels. After ten months, the wines are blended. The bottled wine is aged in temperature-controlled cellars for approximately nine months.
