What to pair wine with Pinot Grigio Livio Felluga 2024

Pinot Grigio Livio Felluga is particularly suitable for fish dishes, shellfish appetizers, risottos and vegetable flans.

Contains sulfites.

Pinot Grigio Livio Felluga is produced from the grape of the same name, a bud mutation of Pinot Noir. It prefers cool climates and finds its ideal habitat in the hills. The vinification gives the wine finesse and elegance, maintaining the subtle coppery reflections that unmistakably characterize its color. It is undoubtedly the best-known Friulian wine in the world. The grapes are delicately destemmed and left to macerate for a short period. They are then softly pressed and the resulting must is clarified by decantation. The must then ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine is left on the lees in stainless steel tanks for six months. The bottled wine is normally stored in temperature-controlled rooms for about two months.
