Riesling Castel Juval is produced from grapes grown in a particularly windy and sunny area at approximately 650-750 meters above sea level. The microclimate allows the grapes to ripen slowly until the end of the vegetation phase, thus enriching them with a wide variety of aromas. This wine is an excellent example of a Riesling native to the southern slopes of the Alps. It is particularly enjoyable when consumed young or after five or six years.
