Castel Juval Himmelsleiter Pinot Bianco pairs well with asparagus, and generally with strong-flavored appetizers, white meats, and fish dishes. It's particularly enjoyable after two or three years of storage.

Castel Juval Himmelsleiter Pinot Bianco is produced with grapes of the same name from old vines grown in the Himmelsleiter vineyard. In the cellar, the press mixes the grape must for a few hours, depending on the vintage, to extract minerals, natural aromas, and tannins. After pressing, the must ferments slowly in stainless steel tanks and acacia barrels. The young wine rests on the lees until shortly before bottling.
