Description

Muller Thurgau Castel Juval is produced in Val Venosta from grapes grown at 750 to 850 meters above sea level in a valley with an east/southeast exposure. Thanks to its location directly below Juval Castle, the vineyard enjoys a unique microclimate. During the ripening period, the sharp temperature fluctuations impart a savory aroma and preserve the grapes' acidity. Like many other wines from Juval Castle, Muller Thurgau is cellared exclusively in stainless steel tanks.
