The Gletscherschliff Riesling from Juval Castle is produced from grapes grown both in the Riesling vineyards in Juval and other vineyards on Mount Sonnenberg in the Vinschgau Valley, where the soil enjoys a unique microclimate with high daytime temperatures and sharply cooler nights. The distinctive feature of these vineyards is the grapes grown on young vines, which yields a crystalline and elegant wine.
