Castel Juval Riesling Windbichel is produced in the lower Val Venosta near Naturno. The grapes grow in a particularly steep and rocky area of Juval, facing south at approximately 700-750 meters above sea level. In the highest Riesling vineyards, the grapes ripen in a unique microclimate with strong air currents and temperature swings between day and night. Only the ripest and juiciest grapes are harvested for RIESLING WINDBICHEL. In the cellar, it is aged exclusively in stainless steel. It is undoubtedly one of the finest Rieslings produced in Italy. A wine of great quality and longevity, which gives its best even many years after the harvest. An absolute champion!
