It goes well with fish and vegetable appetizers, soups, creams and veloutés, fish dishes with sauces and fried foods.

The grapes, harvested at the right level of ripeness, are subjected to fermentation at 4°C for approximately 36 hours and then gently pressed. The resulting must is cold-decanted and subsequently added to a fermentation starter prepared 3-4 days earlier with the best selected grapes of the same variety. It is then subjected to slow fermentation and aging 'sur lies' at a controlled temperature, with frequent aging in large (30 hl) Slavonian oak barrels. Only after a final appropriate period of rest and aging in the bottle will it be presented to the consumer.
