On the palate, it is intense and full-bodied, with a lively body that reflects the varietal characteristics. Dry and savory, thanks to the winemaking process, it is pleasantly fresh. The long finish develops pleasant notes that accompany an elegant, slightly aromatic aftertaste.

Cold appetizers with sweet and sour sauces, vegetables, delicate fish and fried fish, soups (especially vegetable creams).

The grapes, harvested at the perfect level of ripeness, are destemmed and gently pressed. The resulting free-run must, clear and intact, is added to a fermentation base previously prepared with the finest grapes selected from the same varietal. It then undergoes slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a strictly controlled temperature (16°C) for approximately 30-40 days. The maturation continues in stainless steel, where a long series of batonnage (stirring) takes place at varying intervals, resulting in a complex, structured, delicately scented, yet naturally stable wine. Bottling will take place in February.
