What to pair wine with Ribolla Gravner 2016
Gravner Ribolla Gialla is a wine that can be opened even a few years after being released and should be served at around 18°C with meat dishes, such as mushrooms or truffles. It's also excellent with egg pasta with mushroom sauce.

Gravner Ribolla Gialla ferments on the skins in underground Georgian amphorae without temperature control. After being drawn off and pressed to remove the marc, the must returns to the amphorae for 5 months, followed by aging for 6 years in oak barrels.
