It goes well with vegetable soups and fish.

It is produced with the grapes of the same name from 14-year-old vines, grown at 250 meters above sea level in the Trieste Karst, on soils of red earth and limestone. Harvest takes place in the first half of September, followed by white vinification without maceration, fermentation and aging for 12 months in previously used barriques, stabilization for 6 months in stainless steel, and bottling without filtration.
