Sauvignon Blanc Saint Clair 2024
Prompt delivery if you order before 15:30,
Sauvignon Blanc Saint Clair is made primarily from grapes sourced in the Wairau region, an area the winery claims produces Marlborough's most intense Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes were transported quickly to the cellar and pressed immediately to minimize skin contact. After cold settling, the juice from each lot was fermented at cool temperatures using selected yeast strains. Each lot was assessed for quality, and only the finest components were selected.
