The Murva Renata Pizzulin Sauvignon 'Corvatis' is produced exclusively from the eponymous grapes, all sourced from the 'Corona' vineyard located in the municipality of Mariano, on medium-textured soil of ancient geological formation, the oldest in the Isonzo plain. It is a beautiful example of red soil, originating from the degradation of the dolomitic substratum brought to the valley over hundreds of thousands of years. This soil is well-watered and well-resistant to periods without rain. It is produced using cold skin pressing, fermentation at 15°C, maturation on the lees for 11 months, a minimum of 12 months in bottle, and release two years after harvest.
