I Germogli Monsupello is a lively wine made from a blend of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay grapes. The grapes are gently pressed to separate the must from the pomace. It is then transferred to stainless steel tanks and, after the addition of sweet must and yeasts, it is refermented to obtain its characteristic sparkling aroma.
