Colterenzio Pinot Noir originates from vineyards located in the heart of Alto Adige. It is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes from the company's youngest vineyards. The wine is clear, free of suspended particles, and features a pale, delicate ruby red color. On the nose, it is quite intense and complex, revealing a delicate, elegant, and very pleasant yet simple and straightforward bouquet, with typical notes of black cherry and berries, finishing with a light clove spice. On the palate, it reflects the two previous analyses: a genuine, youthful, and fresh wine. It is best served at 16-18 degrees Celsius.
