Pinot Noir Maculan pairs well with savoury dishes, stuffed and baked pasta, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.

Maculan Pinot Noir is produced with the eponymous grapes from the finest vineyards in the Breganze DOC area, grown on volcanic and tuff hills. The grapes are harvested and selected by hand, then fermented in stainless steel vats. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation occurs. Aged in stainless steel tanks for twelve months.
