Description

Pinot Grigio Tramin 'Unterebner' is an elegant white wine that benefits from the Alpine breeze, rocky soil, and marked temperature variations. It is made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes. It comes from vines with an average age of 10 to 30 years. The harvest is done by hand in September, and fermentation takes place in wooden barrels and partially in tonneaux. Inside the same containers, the wine ages on its lees until the end of August. Once bottled, it ages for another 3 months before being released for sale.
