What to pair wine with Il Bruciato Tenuta Guado Al Tasso 2023

Bruciato Marchesi Antinori pairs well with red meats, braised meats, stews, and casseroles. Excellent with aged cheeses.

Contains sulfites.

Bruciato Marchesi Antinori is the ''younger brother'' of Guado al Tasso, characterized by a more modern style. It comes from the estate's high-potential vineyards, where vine management is aimed at maximizing quality. Upon arrival at the cellar, the selected grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation and maceration take place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for approximately 10-15 days at a temperature of 28-30°C. A portion of the Merlot and Syrah musts are kept at a lower fermentation temperature to better preserve the varietal aromas. Malolactic fermentation takes place partly in barriques and partly in stainless steel tanks, and is completed by the end of the year for all varieties. The Cabernet Sauvignon is then blended with Merlot, Syrah, and small quantities of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot: the resulting wine is then sent back to the barrique, where it rests before being bottled.
