Antichi Vinai's Etna Rosso 'Petralava' is made from Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes grown on the slopes of Mount Etna. Here, the sandy, lava-based soils and the marked temperature variations between day and night create a wine with a distinctive personality. It ages moderately in oak barrels for 12 months and then in bottle.
