Lacrima di Morro d'Alba Superiore Orgiolo is produced from Lacrima grapes. It undergoes soft pressing, maceration on the skins for 10-14 days, and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 18°C. It ages for 12 months in small used French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.
