Dut'Un Vie Di Romans is produced with a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes are grown in the Friuli Isonzo Rive Alte area in the Vie di Romans vineyards. It ferments at 16-19°C for approximately 18-22 days. It ages for 10 months on the lees and then refines in the bottle for 20 months before being released for sale.
