The grapes are grown in the Friuli Isonzo Rive Alte area in the vineyards of Boghis, Ciampagnis, and Vie di Romans. It ferments at 16-19°C for approximately 14-16 days. It ages for 9 months on the lees and then in the bottle for another 9 months before being released for sale.
