Ciro' Bianco Librandi is produced exclusively with Greco Bianco grapes grown on clayey, calcareous soil. Harvest takes place in the second half of September, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with gentle pressing of the grapes. Aged in stainless steel, with a brief bottle aging of several months before release.
