Lusenti's Gotturnio Frizzante is produced by selecting and harvesting Barbera and Croatina grapes at different times, each with its own maturation period. They are then selected and fermented separately to maximize the unique characteristics of each individual varietal. Once fermentation is complete, after blending, the secondary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
