Librandi's Efeso is produced from the native Calabrian Mantonico grape. Its production area is an excellent one for grape growing, thanks to the significant temperature variations that naturally lead to perfect ripening of the grapes. Librandi is located in Cirò Marina, a small town on the Ionian coast of Calabria, near Punta Alice. This area boasts an ideal microclimate thanks to the natural predisposition of the soil and its geographical location, a short distance from the sea and the Sila mountains. Librandi's Efeso derives its name from the ancient Greek colony in Anatolia, where the oracle was located. Made from 100% Mantonico grapes, it is a complex white wine with great longevity. It pairs well with fish dishes, especially sea bass and swordfish.
