The Passito 'Le Passule' Librandi is produced by the Rosaneti winery in the Rocca di Neto Casabona area, using exclusively Mantonico grapes grown on clayey, calcareous soil. Harvest takes place in the first ten days of October, with the grapes drying for approximately 15 days, followed by fermentation in wooden Allier barriques. It ages for 6 months in Allier barriques, followed by a brief period in the bottle before release.
