The Contini Vermentino di Sardegna ''Tyrsos'' is born in the Tirso River Valley in the upper Campidano region at 50 meters above sea level, on soil that is partly alluvial, sandy, slightly clayey and partly of volcanic origin. Destemming, soft pressing and fermentation are carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (16-18°C). It ages in steel for several months.
