Chardonnay Bottega Vinai Cavit is produced with grapes grown on the hills of Serravalle in Vallagarina and in the Valle dei Laghi, north of Lake Garda. This international grape variety has found such a favorable environment in Trentino that it represents a third of the local wine production.
