The 2019 Barolo Giacomo Rosso is a red wine that symbolizes elegance and sophistication. Made from 100% Nebbiolo delle Langhe grapes from vineyards located in the municipalities of Serralunga d'Alba, Barolo, and Castiglione Falletto, it is a historic label of the area. Harvest takes place around mid-October and fermentation takes place using only indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks with maceration on the skins for approximately 25 days, punctuated by daily pumping over. The wine ages for 18-36 months in 50-hectoliter French oak barrels.
