Brunello di Montalcino Biondi Santi 'Il Greppo' Riserva 2010 is the fruit of a vintage considered exceptional for the winery. It goes without saying that the wines produced each year by Tenuta Greppo are still considered some of the greatest wines in the world, models of elegance and longevity. The 2010 Riserva was produced with the Sangiovese Grosso clone BBS11 (Brunello Biondi Santi 11), selected at Tenuta Greppo in the 1970s. Only grapes from vines over 25 years old were used for this Riserva. The 2010 Riserva was aged for 3 years in Slavonian oak barrels.
