Vine ages between 15 and 50 years old, with exposures strictly ranging from south-east to south-west, ensure high-quality production and harmonious maturation. The clayey, slightly calcareous soil lends elegance and complexity. Magnesium and manganese oxides in the soil facilitate the maturation of dense, very soft tannins.
