Visual

Crystal clear, pale yellow with green reflections, quite substantial.

Olfactive

Intense, quite complex, opens with vegetal hints of nettle and fioglia tomato, continues with enough hidden notes of fruit and closes with a slight aroma reminiscent of mint. Quite fine.

Tasting

Dry, warm, quite soft, it impresses with freshness and vivacity in the mouth, with menthol and salty notes.

Combinations

Excellent as an aperitif, goes well with vegetable dishes, especially asparagus, fish and soups.

Contains sulfites.

Schiopetto Sauvignon is produced from 1972 and since then stutupisce for its fresh flavor, menthol and typically green. A rich and persistent wine with a nice boost mineral that gives pleasure, drink and teases in the final. Excellent as an aperitif, it should be served at a temperature of 10-12 degrees.
