The 2022 Ronco delle Betulle Sauvignon is a white wine made from 100% Sauvignon grapes. A particularly representative wine of Rosazzo, it is full-bodied and low in acidity. This velvety, smooth wine is the result of a strictly manual harvest and 6 months of aging in steel. It is bottled unfiltered between March and April of the year following the harvest.
