The Rosazzo DOCG Ronco delle Betulle 2022 takes its name from the Rosazzo DOGC denomination, created in 2011 with the aim of preserving and enhancing the famous winemaking tradition of the Rosazzo area in Friuli Venezia Giulia. This wine is the result of a blend composed of at least 50% Friulano grapes and percentages of Sauvignon and/or Pinot Bianco grapes that vary from year to year. As with all the other wines of the winery, the harvest for the Rosazzo Ronco delle Betulle 2022 is strictly manual and is differentiated by grape variety. In the cellar, the grapes are destemmed, cooled and left to macerate. After pressing, 70% of the must ferments in steel tanks and the remaining 30% in oak barrels. The wine remains on the lees for 8 months and is assembled and bottled the July following the harvest.
