Ciallabianco Ronchi di Cialla is produced in the Cialla Valley in the municipality of Prepotto (Udine) – Friuli. It is a blend of 60% Ribolla Gialla, 30% Verduzzo Friulano, and 10% Picolit. The blend is fermented in barriques and then aged in the same barrels for 11 months. It then ages in the bottle for a further 6-12 months. This wine is suitable for aging well.
