RIESLING FALKENSTEIN is produced from high-hill vineyards reaching up to 900 meters above sea level. It ferments in large acacia wood barrels and is then aged for ten months on the lees, always in the same barrels. After bottling, the Riesling is aged on the estate for another 12 months.
