Pinot Noir Forchir is made with 100% Pinot Noir grown in Grave in the Camino al Tagliamento vineyards (Udine) and trained using the spurred cordon system. The soils are stony, calcareous, and siliceous. Vinification involves maceration on the skins and fermentation at 26°C, including malolactic fermentation, without sulfites. Aged in large barrels and bottle.
