Forchir's ''Quarnerie'' Cabernet Sauvignon is produced in Grave ''Quarnerie'' in Codroipo (Udine), in clayey, ferretti-rich soil. It is vinified on the skins with traditional maceration and fermentation at 26-28°C without sulfites. Finally, it ages in large 30-hectoliter barrels until the summer following harvest.
