Curtefranca Rosso Ca' del Bosco is the result of a careful selection of grapes and expert vinification conducted in full compliance with the Ca' del Bosco Method. The grapes, sourced from six different vineyards, are hand-picked, classified, and chilled. Each bunch is selected by expert eyes and hands, then benefits from an exclusive 'Grape Spa,' a special system for washing and hydromassaging the bunches. Maceration on the skins varies depending on the grape variety. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration are conducted with careful management of temperature and punching down. After racking, the wines, while still warm, are racked into small oak barrels. Only after malolactic fermentation, in the dead of winter, are the different lots racked and blended. This is how Curtefranca Rosso is born, which continues to age in wood and stainless steel for approximately 12 months.

Curtefranca Rosso Ca' del Bosco is a very versatile wine that pairs well with a variety of dishes: truffles, mushrooms, red meat, and game.

Contains sulfites.

Curtefranca Rosso Ca' del Bosco is a blend of Cabernet, Carmenère, Merlot, Barbera, and Nebbiolo, a blend well-suited to the climate of these latitudes. An intense yet not overly full-bodied wine, supple, smooth, and pleasant. An excellent accompaniment to traditional dishes, it retains its distinctive fragrance for several years. It is the quintessential Franciacorta red wine and a Ca' del Bosco classic. First vinified with the 1975 harvest, it is part of the area's farming tradition, where it has always been produced and known as 'Burdonsi magher.' The red wine conceived in Franciacorta has a very specific character.
