Of all the Franciacortas from Ca' del Bosco, this is the one that best expresses the character of the terroir and the unique characteristics that each vintage celebrates. The evolution of climatic phenomena always creates unpredictable stories. And in the finish, one finds the fruit of the love between man and the land. Since 1978, the Brut Millesimato has been produced only from quality harvests. It is the fruit of careful vinification, but above all, of extensive aging that enhances its characteristics: four years of contact with the lees. An unmistakable, structured, full-bodied, intense, and persistent wine. A wine for important occasions, especially with haute cuisine fish dishes.
