The Ca' del Bosco Franciacorta 'Cuvée Prestige' is defined by the company as the essence of Franciacorta in the Ca' del Bosco style. Created in 2007, it combines thirty years of experience, history, and passion with the technological poetry of our time. It is produced using only the finest Chardonnay (75%), Pinot Noir (15%), and Pinot Blanc (10%) grapes from 134 vineyards (averaging 20 to 30 years old). They are then vinified separately and expertly blended with reserves from the finest vintages (at least 20%). Only after 28 months of aging on the lees can this wine express its full richness and identity. The Franciacorta par excellence, balanced and pleasantly fresh. Its sugar content is 4 grams/liter. The version with an elegant gift box is the ideal present for friends and professionals.
