The Carignano del Sulcis 'Buio Buio' Riserva Mesa is the winery's flagship wine. After the grapes are hand-picked, they are destemmed and crushed in the cellar, followed by maceration and periodic pumping over for at least eight days. The wine then ages for eight to ten months in French oak barriques and concrete vats.
