Camartina Quarciabella is made from Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, lightly pressed and then, after fermentation, aged in different barrels for varying lengths depending on their cépage. The wine is released for sale no earlier than 30 months, and it is best opened after 4-5 years to fully appreciate its flavour.
