Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with daily pumping over. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages in 25-hectoliter Slavonian oak barrels. After bottling, usually in August, the Barolo Gavarini Chiniera rests in the cellar for 8-10 months before being released.
