Lupicaia Castello del Terriccio 2018 is made from a blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Petit Verdot. The selected grapes ferment separately, macerating extensively on the skins. The wine is then aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, 6 of which on the fine lees, followed by another 12 months in bottle. The Lupicaia Castello del Terriccio 2018 is the wine that made the winery famous worldwide.
