The Bolgheri Rosso ''Levia Gravia'' Superiore Caccia al Piano is a special wine. Its grapes come exclusively from vineyards on the San Biagio hill, located at approximately 210 meters above sea level and overlooking the sea. The grapes are hand-picked and carefully selected. After maceration/fermentation in stainless steel for approximately 9-12 days, the wine is drawn off. The winemaker then creates the blend, determining the expressions and flavors of the two varietals. The wine is then transferred to French oak barriques where it will begin its long maturation.
