Fresh on the nose, with fruity aromas of pineapple and white peach enriched by notes of white flowers with a prevalence of hawthorn.

The grapes, hand-picked into small 12-kg crates, were placed whole in the press where they were gently pressed. The resulting must, transferred to stainless steel tanks, underwent alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 12–14°C for two weeks. Finally, the wine aged on its lees for several months before bottling, which takes place in the spring following the harvest.
