Roero Arneis Vietti pairs well as an aperitif, with light appetizers, raw fish, salads, light soups, veal, pork, chicken, and creamy cheeses.

Vietti's Roero Arneis is produced with grapes from vineyards located in Santo Stefano Roero, in the heart of the Roero region, characterized by calcareous clay soil. The average age of the vines is 25 years, the training system is guyot, and the average density per hectare is 4,500-5,000 plants. Yield per hectare is 45 hl. Destemming and then soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a temperature of 10-12°C, slowly to maintain the freshness and intensity of the fruit. Halfway through fermentation, the tank is hermetically sealed to reabsorb a small amount of natural CO2.
